The 10:04s NEW SINGLE 'Harlequin' Out 5th October 2018 From Album "Common Wealth" Out 4th October 2018





The 10:04s were born into the Edinburgh music scene a few years ago, quickly gaining a large following with a reputation as a must see live band. They are bringing out new album ‘A Common Wealth’ (Out 4th October) along with lead single ‘Harlequin’. Recorded with Graeme Young at the helm at Chamber Studio in Edinburgh and mastered by Dick Beetham at 360 Mastering after his success with Alt J’s ‘An Awesome Wave’ and UK #1 ‘Relaxer’ albums.

Influence in their sound comes from bands like Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, Joy Division, The National, Leonard Cohen, Interpol and Arcade Fire.

A core four-piece band made up of Steven Bolton (guitar and vocals), Danny Scrimshaw (guitar and vocals), Paul Haddow (drums) and Johnny Tracey (bass). Along with live members multi-instrumentalist and vocalist Kirsten Adamson, Greg Pearson (keys and percussion) and Kevin Tierney (brass).

Their biggest Edinburgh shows to date saw them bring in a crowd of over 1000+ TWICE for their gigs at The HMV Picture House. They also played to 2500 people at Edinburgh’s Usher Hall, as well as headlining legendary Edinburgh venue The Liquid Room. The band were also the first unsigned band to play the main stage at Edinburgh Hogmanay’s Party In The Gardens event along with Chvrches, Django Django, Petshop Boys and The 1975.

They have toured and played alongside bands like The Cribs, Catfish And The Bottlemen, Idlewild, Ash, British Sea Power, The Undertones and The Proclaimers.

Previous singles have received airplay on Radio One, Radio 6, XFM, KEXP (USA), Amazing Radio, BBC Radio Scotland, Forth One, Clyde One, as well as many local and student radio stations around the UK. Also appearing on TV on channels like CNN, ESPN and the BBC.

An exciting remainder of 2018 awaits with a tour planned for the end of the year and into the 2019 festival circuit!!!
